To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

The product should be returned in its original packaging if applicable.

Claims for Defective Products

If the product is found to be defective or has manufacturing faults, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are required to provide photos of the defective product and a description of the issue for the claim to be processed.

Customized Products

Products that are custom-made or tailored to the customer’s specifications (e.g., size or design) are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective.

Wear and Use

Refunds do not apply to products that have been damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear.

Refund Timeframe

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Exceptions for 3D-Printed Products

Due to the nature of the material and manufacturing process, minor variations in surface finish or appearance may occur. These are not considered defects and are not covered under the refund or return policy.
