• Right of Withdrawal 

• Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Regulations. 

To be eligible for a return: 

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received. 

• The product should be returned in its original packaging if applicable. 

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

• Claims for Defective Products 

• If the product is found to be defective or has manufacturing faults, we offer a free replacement or a full refund. 

• Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. 

• Customers are required to provide photos of the defective product and a description of the issue for the claim to be processed. 

• Customized Products 

• Products that are custom-made or tailored to the customer’s specifications (e.g., size or design) are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective. 

• Wear and Use 

• Refunds do not apply to products that have been damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear. 

• Refund Timeframe 

• If a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. 

• Exceptions for 3D-Printed Products 

• Due to the nature of the material and manufacturing process, minor variations in surface finish or appearance may occur. These are not considered defects and are not covered under the refund or return policy. 

Shipping Policy

• Delivery Times

  • For orders within Sweden, delivery typically takes 2–14 days.
  • For orders outside Sweden, delivery usually takes 5–20 days.

• Made-to-Order Products

  • Some of our products are made to order. This may result in slightly longer production times before the order is shipped.

• High Order Volumes

  • In periods of high demand or if we receive a large number of orders, a queue system is applied. This may extend the delivery time.

• Delays

  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to production schedules or unforeseen circumstances. 

• Shipping Notification

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
